I finished reading This Is Where I Leave You by Jonathan Tropper. It was a pretty enjoyable book but a very light read. Now, I am reading several books at the same time and I am buying more. Why am I doing this? It is because yesterday I bought the Amazon Kindle and today it arrived.

This device is amazing because now I can carry every book that I have ever wanted to read with me in a 6 inch format. It also has a continuous wireless connection  that allows me to go directly to Amazon and buy a new book, magazine, or newspaper subscription anytime I desire and the content appears on the Kindle in less than 1 minute.

I also have my Ipod Touch and in the past, I used the Kindle app there but that 3.something inch screen is just not conducive to reading for extended periods. The Kindle has "digital ink" and the print is remarkable. It is better than reading a book because I can resize the text and I don't have to deal with lighting issues. I can read as well outside as I can inside. Funny thing is, I am worried that I will throw the Kindle in the garbage because when it is laying on the floor, it just looks like a piece of paper. It is so tiny.

So, the question is will I continue to read the history or Wallstreet, or Melissa Gilbert's bio, or The Song is You. So many books in the palm of my hands. Right now, I have a headache and I think I'm going to bed.
